AOCS Job in Indigo Airlines 2024 Required Document :-

CV / Resume ( with Photo)
Aadhar Card – Date of birth should be completely mentioned.
Pan Card – In case of Minor Pan Card, acknowledgment of Major Pan Card is mandatory.
Photocopy of 10th / 12th / Graduation Certificate (Provisional Certificate / consolidated marksheet shall be considered)
2 passport size photographs.
Valid Passport – Issue Date should be from 2021 / Police verification Certficate.
For Experience resigned Candidates :- Relieving letter, Experience letter, AEP surrender copy and AVSEC.

Ensure passengers enjoy a smooth and pleasant travel experience from the moment they check in until they board their flight.

Airport Operations:

Manage the check-in process efficiently, ensuring passengers and their baggage are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with ground handling staff and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the airport.
Monitor flight schedules, oversee boarding processes, and manage gate operations to ensure flights depart on time.
Support in handling irregular operations, delays, or emergencies, working quickly to assist passengers and mitigate disruptions.

Compliance & Safety:

Strictly follow all safety and security regulations, ensuring full adherence to operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry standards to maintain operational safety and efficiency.
Conduct necessary checks and verifications to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and safely.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to daily operations, including passenger feedback and incident reports.
Provide regular operational updates to the supervisory team, reporting any issues or challenges encountered during the shift.
